    this store has GREAT staff.when i was in france, there was literally only four frenchies that were nice to me, and one of them was the guy who helped me (they better if imma drop that much dough). i bought my wallet from here (multiple) and they were friendly about it.the initial wallet they handed me was damaged (a scratch on the inside) but the salesman exchanged it for me in a snap, with no attitude problem. i will continue to buy my LV from here and not in so cal. ill drag my ass across the Atlantic ocean just so that i can get it from their flagship store with great service.
